Spicy Moroccan Stewed Fish with Couscous


My husband and I went to Tunisia for our Anniversary and when we were in the city of Sousse we stop at a restaurant and as we knew that the Spicy Moroccan Stewed Fish was in the Jamie Oliver book we decided to taste it as per it was supposed to taste. When we arrive back home we decided to give it a whirl. The ingredients that you require are:
150gm Couscous
Olive Oil
2 Lemons
Sea Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Fresh Red Chilli
Bunch of fresh Basil
1 Teaspoon whole Cumin Seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
2x150gm white fish fillets skin off and remove bones.
200g king prawns raw and peeled.
1 tin tomatoes
2 handfuls of fresh or frozen peas.
